Good Friday: Fast and Abstinence
Just a reminder: Good Friday is a day of fast and abstinence. That means one full meal, no meat and no snacks between meals. All Catholics between ages 21 through 59 are required to fast. No meat is allowed for those age 14 and older. Stations of the Cross will be prayed on Good Friday as well at 6 p.m.
