Our next steps in our parish planning, will include:
A planning meeting at Opie’s at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 28th. The primary purpose will be for the Stewardship Committee to plan a ministry fair where people can learn about some of the different ministries that we have in the parish.
Stewardship is focuses on how we as a community of disciples use our time, talent, and treasure in responding to God’s goodness.
On Tuesday, October 25, the Social Concerns Committee will meet at 7:00 p.m. in the church basement.
Social Concerns gathers all of the parish social ministries: our connection with Care and Share of Plymouth/Marshall County, Grace and Peace Covenant, Prophetic Voting, and Catholic Relief Services.
On Thursday, November 3, the Worship Committee will meet at 7:00 p.m. in the church basement. This is a gathering of all ministries that support worship: proclaimers, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, music ministry, and the priests. We will focus on the preparations for Advent and Christmas.
Discipleship and Evangelization focus on small group development, such as Why Catholic/Por que Catolico, and the Alpha Retreats.
Fellowship is concerned about our common life as a parish, as well as our unity in diversity.
We are planning a ministry fair for Sunday, December 11, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:45 p.m.
